New Series – “Faces of Leadership”
This Sunday we’ll begin a 4 week series that features speakers from our Leadership Team at RidgePoint. It’s sure to be a really neat series. Each person got to pick their own topic so they’re super pumped about speaking. Travis Thompson is kicking off the things this Sunday. You can check him out at www.blueroomworthy.com.

Sunday Recap
Today, we continued our “In the Zone” series by discussing the principles surround tithing. Timm opened with an example of his and Noah’s relationship; Noah loves Reese’s pieces, but is reluctant to share them. Timm pointed out that HE is the provider of the “pieces;” that he could take the “pieces” if he wanted; and that, should he choose, Timm could buy buckets of “pieces” for Noah. In much the same way, everything we have belongs to God; yet we try to horde what we have. We discussed the concept of tithing, and how, by giving God 10%, we’re actually living on 90% of HIS money that is blessed, as opposed to 100% that is cursed. The scripture references for today were: Malachi 3:8-11, Proverbs 3:9-10.

New Series This Sunday
This series is about being In the Zone of God’s blessing. “How can I experience the blessings of God?” The simple, yet profound, answer to that question is found in the very nature and character of God. If we truly want to be in the zone and live life to our fullest potential, we must be people after God’s own heart.

As Timm returns to RPC we’ll kick off a new series called Escalator – 7 steps to the next level. Part 1 of this series is especially important if you have friends that are curious about becoming a Christ follower.
